The internet speed is about 30Mbps down and 4Mbps up, and is moderately reliable. Hatteras Realty and Vacasa were both responsive and polite in dealing with issues when they were raised, in our case all non-critical things. It was a true pleasure every morning to come up the stairs and see the ocean outside the picture windows and to watch sunrise and sunset from the turret. The views from every floor are stunning, overlooking the dunes and the ocean. The home itself is comfortable with a fantastically well stocked kitchen, and lots of beach tools in the storage closet. We stayed at this home for a week and had an amazing time. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

This home also includes an amazing 'Happy Hour Tower' in the loft with incredible views, cozy seating areas, and a bar - the ideal spot for rainy days or relaxing evenings.
